**Job Summary:**
The IT PMO & Governance Group at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) is looking for an IT Senior Business Analyst for the IT PMO – Agile Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will work with stakeholders across various departments, delivering solutions that enhance HOOPP’s performance. You will assist the PMO Office by managing project intake requests, conducting analysis, eliciting business and systems requirements, and designing specifications.

**What you will do:**
- **Operational Readiness:** Manage new investment strategies, analyze and document business requirements, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- **Project Intake:** Monitor the project intake in-box, lead planning discussions, and contribute to business cases for system implementations.
- Collaborate with investment management and technology teams throughout the solution development life cycle.
- Engage IT partners to assess system architecture impacts and conduct risk-benefit analyses.

**What you bring:**
- 7+ years of experience in asset management and Investment Management technology solution delivery.
- Knowledge of various asset classes and their trade lifecycle.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to interact confidently across all organization levels and build strong working relationships.
- Familiarity with project intake processes and systems development lifecycle.
