**Department Overview:**
The Treasury Analytics Group is responsible for the measurement and management of market risk for the Bank's retail portfolios. The team is embarking on a new initiative to build a strategic platform for risk, valuations, and analytics. This exciting opportunity involves working with cutting-edge technologies such as Big Data and NoSQL databases.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze, document, and validate business rules requirements from users.
- Write and test Spark SQL statements to translate business requirements into programming code.
- Optimize performance and tune Spark SQL statements.
- Use Visual Studio (SQL Integration Services) to analyze SSIS packages.
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement project requirements.
- Participate in standup and planning meetings in an Agile framework.

**Qualifications:**

**Mandatory Skills:**
- Over 3 years of data analysis experience.
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with SQL optimization and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Statistics.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Capital Markets and Treasury.
- Familiarity with Big Data and NoSQL databases and Spark SQL.
