**Job Posting: Sr. Dynamics 365 Designer (Hybrid Remote Contract)**

Our downtown Toronto client is seeking a Sr. Dynamics 365 Designer for a hybrid remote contract opportunity.

**Required Skills:**
- Experience in customizing Dynamics CRM, including entities, forms, views, reports, ribbon, menus, and dashboards.
- Ability to build and customize Dynamics CRM workflows, plug-ins, and complex Microsoft Power Automate flows.
- Proficient in customizing Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Expert knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, Dynamics CRM Web API, Organization Services, OData Standard, Fetch XML, and XRM Toolbox.
- Experience in building custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, AngularJS, TypeScript, Azure App Services, Web Jobs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integrating with Dynamics CRM Online.
- Experience in building complex MS Power BI reports on Dynamics CRM Online for on-demand and scheduled reporting.
- Expert in customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power App Customer Service Portal, including creating custom pages and utilizing dynamic forms and views.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles related to Dynamics CRM, including Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication, CRM business units, teams, and roles management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration, and capabilities with other Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Dataverse design and development, Azure technologies, .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including task boards, pipelines, etc.
- Experience in creating MS Power BI reports and CRM Word templates.
