**About This Opportunity**
Align Technology is seeking an experienced **Sr. Marketing Manager, Consumer** to be a key member of the Consumer Marketing team. The objective of this role is to make the Invisalign brand the most requested within the dental industry.

- Proven track record in brand management and performance marketing.
- Experience in marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about executing new ideas.
- Strong team player with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.
- Excellent communicator and a hands-on leader.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee agencies in developing integrated multi-channel strategies.
- Lead inter-agency teams to implement impactful consumer campaigns.
- Collaborate on digital initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
- Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan by defining strategic initiatives and leading implementations.
- Maintain relationships with North American counterparts for resource support.
- Manage special projects as required.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation.
- Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to connect information across sources.
- Experience in a complex matrix environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; bilingualism in French is an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and willing to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time).
