**Role Overview:**
The Delivery Consultant is a key member of the Canadian Professional Services Delivery Team. The Consultant works closely with local sales and delivery teams to plan, design, and implement various industry-recognized network and security solutions for clients using a mix of technologies, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Data Centre (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).

**Key Technologies:**
- Cisco Nexus switching
- Cisco Catalyst switching
- Security Services: FirePower Threat Defence (FTD), Identity Services Engine (ISE), AMP for Network/Endpoint, Umbrella
- Security architecture and risk management
- Cybersecurity and related architecture
- Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX)
- Software Defined WAN (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)
- Cisco DNA (Automation/Assurance and SDA)
- Email and Web Security Appliances/Firewalls
- Cloud Network and Security Architecture for Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Scope activities for the development of customer statements of work
- Conduct technology assessments and discovery
- Recommend, seek approval for, and implement proposed solutions and designs

**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Minimum 10+ years in consulting and/or professional services with a strong background in network and security
- Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken
- Technical writing skills for customer proposals and documentation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with effectiveness in customer-facing roles
- Presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with account teams and partner organizations
- Expertise with Cisco Routers and Switches, including but not limited to:
- Cisco Routers: 4000 series, 37XX series, 36XX series, 29XX series, 28XX series
- Cisco Catalyst: 3700 series, 3600 series, 3500 series, and 2900 series
- Cisco Meraki and Full Stack, Cisco DNA / SDA, Aruba CX Series
- Experience in VMware ESXi and VSphere Client
- In-depth understanding of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
- Enterprise experience with Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco FirePower (FTD), and NG Firewall platforms (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Knowledge of Cisco AMP for Endpoint, Cisco Umbrella, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Familiarity with software defined networking concepts and configuration

**Education Background:**
- BSc in Computer Science or related discipline, or 3-year Technologist Diploma or equivalent
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco CCNA/DA, CCNP/DP, CCIE Data Centre or Security, CISSP)

**Travel Requirements:**
- Approximately 15% - 20% annually within Canada, subject to travel restrictions.
