**Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Indirect Tax Compliance Solutions**
**Summary:**
This position will be responsible for developing and managing new products in the indirect tax space, specifically related to VAT compliance solutions. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop product requirements based on those needs, as well as collaborate directly with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects. This role will engage with other members of the Product Management group across all areas of indirect tax compliance software, including Sales & Use Tax (SUT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods & Services Tax (GST), and Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
**About The Role:**
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive the development of new products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Your efforts will significantly impact our ability to provide innovative solutions to clients worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for new product initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to define product features and functionalities based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry gaps and opportunities for innovation in indirect tax compliance solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of new product launches.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in indirect tax compliance.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, risks, and mitigation strategies for new product development.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to guarantee product reliability and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Monitor customer engagement and feedback post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Share insights and expertise to contribute to the organization’s growth and success.
**About You:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant education preferred. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of indirect taxes, particularly VAT, GST, and SUT.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is required; knowledge of ERP integrations and data exchange is beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

**Compensation:**
The base salary for this role ranges from $120,400 to $223,600, depending on experience and location. This position may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on performance.
