**About the Role:**
Our Development team is searching for an experienced full stack Senior Software Developer to join Financeit. If you are looking for an opportunity in a fast-growing fintech company where your development work will make a difference, you've found the right place. We seek developers who value continuous learning, collaboration, and code quality. Experience with our core technologies, including Ruby on Rails and Ember.js, is an asset. This is a temporary role for 12-13 months to cover a maternity leave, starting as soon as possible.

**What You'll Do:**
- Design and write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Deliver new features, fix defects, and improve the existing codebase
- Help design the mobile app architecture for long-term maintainability
- Engage in the development of mobile and web applications
- Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and Business Stakeholders to understand and gather requirements

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, or similar modern frameworks
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis, RDBMS/SQL, or other persistent technologies
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong curiosity for technology and commitment to continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in agile environments
