**Team & Job Overview:**
The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, established in 2023, focuses on delivering secure and reliable digital experiences for EDC customers and colleagues. Our mission encompasses defining and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that facilitates EDC's 2030 business transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and customize IT solutions for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with agile team members to create clear user stories and enhance products continuously.
- Engage in code reviews and communicate with developers to ensure high standards.
- Support non-technical team members in understanding design implications.
- Develop secure solutions with consideration for business context and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding delivery methods and timelines.
- Lead technical support for complex issues and ensure successful system improvements.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose strategies for enhancement.
- Oversee the deployment of solutions, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Investigate new technology opportunities to support ongoing evolution.

**Qualifications:**
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems development or related fields.
- Relevant experience in agile delivery and cloud services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, etc.).
- Experience with full-stack development and Microsoft Azure cloud services is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred.

**Compensation:**
Salaries typically range from $92,355 to $123,140 annually, based on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based incentive.
