**What You’ll Be Doing**
The Sanctions Screening Application Support Team is responsible for the operational administration of various sanctions screening filters (SLMS and AMPECS systems). As a Senior Support Analyst, you will:

- Support and monitor the SLMS and AMPECS platforms.
- Manage ongoing operational processes and interface with the Financial Crimes Technology team.
- Provide support to the Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) Sanctions Operations Team, global end users, and business partners in Global Money Operations (GMO), Business Contact Centre (BCC), and Trade Finance Operations (TFO).
- Become a subject matter expert in the SLMS and AMPECS User Interfaces and workflows.
- Ensure data quality standards are maintained and all relevant materials are archived for audit purposes.

- **Technical Expertise**: Leverage your experience in supporting business applications and your analytical skills to address technical problems.
- **Client Focused**: Provide ongoing support to SLMS/AMPECS user groups across CIBC.
- **Detail Oriented**: Ensure compliance with policies and standards, understanding the significance of details.
- **Cross-Functional Team Management**: Engage with the broader EAML team and Tech partners to ensure a positive user experience.

**Who You Are**
- Experienced with Accuity/Firco products (e.g., Firco Continuity, Firco Web Verify).
- Skilled in business documentation, tracking and prioritizing release items from vendors, and training end users.
- Strong in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Values teamwork, accountability, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
