**About The Team And The Role:**
The Global Trust and Operations team at eBay is dedicated to ensuring the trust and safety of our marketplace. As a Senior Program Manager, you will focus on improving buyer and seller experiences, protecting sellers from bad acting buyers, and supporting the development and scaling of global revenue and customer engagement initiatives.

**What You Will Accomplish:**
- Lead and drive program management activities in collaboration with business, product, and tech teams globally.
- Set strategies for the short and long-term success of the team while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Influence, negotiate, and make key decisions to help teams achieve their targets.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, including executive updates and program documentation.
- Partner with the analytics team to analyze metrics and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Anticipate and manage issues and risks independently; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Define and align on RASCI matrix across the team.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities across organizations and vendors.
- Review and assess incoming support requests, providing guidance to development teams.
- Assess existing processes and provide feedback on improvements.
- Capable of solving escalations and problems efficiently.

**What You Will Bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience working with Program/Product/Engineering/Sales/Ops organizations.
- Minimum 5+ years as a project/program manager in a technical environment.
- Willingness to travel to the EU up to 25% of the time for at least the first year.
- Technical background with knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience in managing consumer-facing software products at a global scale.
- Strong background in cross-functional environments with engineering, design, product, sales, and project management.
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities without loss of efficiency or visibility.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Clear and concise communication skills in both verbal and written formats, including presentations.
