**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Senior Workday Analyst to join our HR Systems team. This role will involve close collaboration with the Human Resources department, Central HR Functional teams, Payroll, and Finance to analyze, evaluate, document, and train on Workday business processes.
**Essential Duties:**
- Collaborate with business functional leads and the Workday team to develop and document accurate requirements.
- Meet regularly with functional business leads to evaluate and improve business processes.
- Analyze existing Workday functionality and present enhancement recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Workday demonstrations.
- Audit data within Workday and recommend improvements to data integrity.
- Continuously learn and propose feature enhancements based on industry updates.
- Prepare, review, and execute test plans for Workday features.
- Provide technical assistance regarding reports and system utilization.
- Create and maintain procedural documentation for business processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials for HRIS users.
- Manage self-service, data integrations, and HR systems requests efficiently.
- Research and resolve integration errors using root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with HR business leads on training materials for Workday users.
- Manage HR projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR performance to stakeholders.
- Lead configuration and testing activities for HRIS projects.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Advanced problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
