**Job Title:** Senior Platform Product Manager

**Overview:**
Join our team as a Senior Platform Product Manager in the Tax Preparation & Planning area of TurboTax. You will be responsible for launching durable microservices and APIs, driving requirements and the roadmap for tax preparation and planning services that support multiple product teams. This role involves defining a plan to decompose monolithic applications into reusable microservices, delivering modern, AI-driven experiences for tax-related services.

**Responsibilities:**
- Drive the strategic vision for the platform product team and manage key product initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Maintain technical excellence, domain expertise, and an understanding of organizational strategy.
- Craft platform product strategy in collaboration with product development, design, and architecture teams based on customer requirements and business goals.
- Build a short- and long-term platform vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage the product management process, including backlog grooming, road mapping, initiative and feature prioritization.
- Drive the execution from MVP to scale, managing upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Create and refine product requirements documents with architecture and product development teams.
- Drive technology and functional maturity of reusable platform components.
- Communicate and coordinate with the program management team.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and high-scale solutions.
- Define success metrics and prioritize requirements using a data-driven approach.
- Partner with program management to manage dependencies and ensure project execution.
- Engage with end-users to understand their pain points and gather insights for solutions.
- Represent the team in presentations, meetings, and events.

**What You'll Bring:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Equivalent experience will be considered).
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Deep understanding of product management processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in platform product management roles and delivering platform capabilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and develop domain expertise with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development, including architecture and design discussions.
- Success in using a data-driven approach to deliver impactful business results.
- Proficient in program/project management and managing complex deliverables across teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies as a product owner.
- Proven experience in defining visions and inspiring teams to innovate.
- Customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills; ability to influence across teams.
- Domain knowledge of Income Tax and Tax Compliance is a plus, but not required.
