**Summary:**
We are seeking a Staff Software Developer to join our rapidly growing AI Product Engineering team. This role is for someone passionate about building innovative solutions and tackling new challenges while making an impact.
**Team Mission:**
Our engineering team aims to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers, enabling them to build the best product that is performant, reliable, scalable, and beautiful. You will support the Machine Learning and AI team as the technical owner of the AI product portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a technical stakeholder for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with development managers to define the technical roadmap.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to unblock product opportunities.
- Write high-quality and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with a team to solve complex problems.
- Simplify coding patterns and interfaces.
- Teach and learn from team members by providing and receiving constructive feedback.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in software development with web applications, particularly using Ruby on Rails and Python.
- Ability to master new technologies quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in mentorship and the Agile process.
- Diverse knowledge base to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

**Salary Range:**
$166,400 to $249,600 USD; dependent on individual experience and skills.
