**About The Team:**
The Gorgias finance team is seeking a passionate individual to join the Strategic Finance team. This role will focus on building partnerships across GTM business units to provide critical analyses that drive strategic investment decisions. Responsibilities include developing methodologies, dashboards, and models to enhance our reporting and quarterly budgeting.

**What You'll Do:**
- Act as a strategic partner to GTM business leaders, collaborating with the Head of GTM Finance on key initiatives.
- Support management in building, maintaining, and reporting growth models and forecasts for revenue optimization.
- Assess key metrics to align financial strategies with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency using various tools including Hubspot and Pigment.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure reliable and accurate forecasts and KPIs.
- Assist in planning and budgeting cycles for all GTM teams.
- Develop financial models to identify investment opportunities and assist in operationalizing budgets.
- Maintain financial reports and models for quarterly reviews and forecasting cycles.
- Support ad hoc strategic projections to meet business objectives.
- Work with Accounting on month-end close and variance reporting.

**Who You Are:**
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology/SaaS company in strategic finance or FP&A.
- Proven track record of supporting B2B SaaS GTM teams, including sales and marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) for revenue analysis.
- Expert Excel skills; experience in P&L, LTV, and CAC modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of US GAAP.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on attitude with a desire to deliver and grow.
- Basic SQL knowledge or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
