**Position Responsibilities:**

As a Student in HR Learning and Development, you will collaborate with Learning and Development Design Solution Consultants and the Human Resources team on various coordination and administration duties related to Learning and Development (L&D) at Fidelity Canada. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with L&D designers to assist throughout all phases of learning, from data collection to content delivery.
- Learning to administer the learning management system (LMS) and design-based tools for content creation.
- Exploring L&D trends and the future of employee learning.

**Qualifications:**

- Enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a human resources management program.
- Previous work experience in learning, design, or HR is considered an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to balance and prioritize tasks.
- Availability for full-time work during the term.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule as part of our dynamic working arrangement.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
