**Position Overview:**
As a Student Optician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional eye care services under the supervision of Licensed or Registered Opticians. You will engage with customers, assess their eyewear needs, and contribute to the dispensing process, ensuring every patient receives the highest quality of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance to customers during frame selection and educate them on product options.
- Perform dispensing measurements accurately using digital tools.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and final inspections of eyewear.
- Assist with the eyewear collection process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support minor adjustments and repairs within your skillset.
- Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to better assist customers.
- Follow provincial Opticianry professional standards and Specsavers best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Enrolled in an Opticianry post-secondary program.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an optical dispensary.
- Knowledge of optical theory and technical skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
