**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Supervisor, Trading, Qtrade, Contact Center to join our Qtrade Direct Investing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Solutions, the Supervisor will lead the Qtrade Investment Representatives (IRs) to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting service and trade accuracy reviews, coaching and developing your team, identifying training opportunities, and recognizing team achievements. This role is critical in helping Qtrade maintain and enhance its reputation for outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop a team of Investment Representatives to deliver excellence in customer service.
- Provide direction and guidance, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Use performance metrics to coach and improve team effectiveness and service quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with other managers to enhance customer service strategies and outcomes.

**Requirements:**
- Registered as an IIROC Supervisor and Options Supervisor.
- Completion of Professional Development and Compliance Requirements of each IIROC education cycle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Investment Representative or in a frontline trade contact center role; ideally 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of trading systems, order management, and corporate actions.
- Excellent customer service skills and familiarity with contact center best practices.
- Fluent in English; bilingual in French is an asset.
- Ability to leverage metrics to strengthen client outcomes.

**Salary:**
This position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 CAD annually, with compensation packages tailored to individual candidate qualifications and position requirements.
