**Job Posting: Systems Analyst**

**Responsibilities:**
- Capture business requirements, assess technical features and capabilities to create and update business rules based on requirements.
- Provide Data Science services, including Data Cleansing and Data Analytics.
- Develop dynamic data visuals, dashboards, and custom reports using Microsoft Technologies, including Power BI.
- Conduct testing, integration, and deployment of developed solutions.
- Document application changes and enhancements to existing and new features based on approved requirements and design direction.
- Review and understand application changes, patches, and the system architecture of the EHS systems, deploying updates as necessary to support scalability.
- Provide realistic work estimates to support project planning.
- Use enterprise Service Management Toolsets (e.g., Remedy) to manage encryption-related tickets.
- Respond to and coordinate encryption activities between clients and vendor appointments based on approved Incident, Task, and Work Order Records.
- Update tickets and the CMDB to document activities (e.g., Key management, removals).
- Perform audit activities as defined by the Radio Operations Manager.
- Support the development of PSRN training material, defining e-learning modules, tests, and interactive elements, with ongoing maintenance and support.
- Convert PSRN training material from various formats (SWAY, Word, PowerPoint, videos) to SCORM files using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline.
- Support the upload of SCORM files to multiple LMS environments (e.g., Moodle), including testing and piloting.
- Create documentation to train other technical IT staff for deployment.
- Work with Microsoft Windows, Desktop and Laptop workstation support, and have multiple LMS environment experience (e.g., Moodle).
- Create data sources using SharePoint Lists and NoSQL databases.
- Use structured methodologies, design best practices, and implement high-quality, clearly documented changes.
- Ensure proposed applications function without defects and operate with appropriate systems and peripherals.

**Travel Required**

**Experience and Skill Set Requirements:**

*Technology and Analysis*
- 5+ years experience as a systems analyst.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and design methods to develop system solutions and manage servers and applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing and implementation methods for testing and acceptance.
- Experience with systems and business operational disciplines; skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, change management, and project coordination; current knowledge of new technologies beneficial to emergency health services.
- Knowledge of server and network technologies, hardware requirements (data centers), and IT security policies to evaluate IT options for clients and implement technology solutions.
- Experience creating and managing data sources (SharePoint Lists, NoSQL databases).
- Experience in creating custom reports, implementing change management, and auditing data.
- Experience with database integration.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining interactive e-learning using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline to convert training materials into SCORM files.

*Analytical and Communication*
- Understanding of emergency health services in Ontario, including ambulance communications.
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle, from a content development perspective.
- Understanding of databases (SharePoint Lists, NoSQL databases).

*Project Management and Coordination Skills*
- Knowledge of project management methodology, analytical tools, and processes to support project plans.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business and technology requirements and evaluate new software/hardware functionality.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in multi-year projects.

*Industry Experience*
- Microsoft Technology certifications an asset.
- Moodle experience is an asset.
- Experience with Public Safety agencies and stakeholders is beneficial.
- Experience with projects related to 24x7 critical environments and operations.

**MUST HAVES:**
- 5-10+ years experience as a systems analyst.
- Experience with projects related to 24x7 critical environments and operations.
- Experience working on the PSRN project.
- Understanding of emergency health services, including ambulance communications.
