**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other business systems. You will provide technical support and collaborate with various teams to ensure success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop systems and data integration solutions between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Implement and maintain integration protocols using APIs, middleware, and ETL solutions.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
- Provide technical support for integration-related issues.
- Conduct system integration testing to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor integration performance and optimize as required.
- Maintain updated documentation for integration processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams for software compatibility.
- Provide training and support to end-users on integration topics.
- Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements.

**Qualifications:**
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in systems and data integration, particularly with Salesforce.
- Expertise in integration tools and technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL).
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (Flow, APEX).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Time management skills to prioritize effectively.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Integration Architecture Designer, Developer) are a plus.
- A clear Criminal Background Check will be required.

**Work Environment:**
- Hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) with some requirements to work outside regular hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
