**Location:** Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Ann Arbor, MI; Toronto, ON (Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office)

**About the Role:**
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support our recruitment team by providing administrative assistance throughout the recruiting process. This includes managing candidate scheduling, preparing offer and disposition letters, maintaining the applicant tracking system, coordinating background checks, and facilitating new hire processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to recruiters in both specialized and high-volume recruitment.
- Schedule candidate interviews and prepare necessary documentation (offer letters, disposition letters, etc.).
- Maintain data integrity and compliance within the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct audits of the applicant tracking system and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate candidate background checks and drug testing.
- Facilitate the new hire process to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Support projects aimed at improving recruiting capabilities and processes.
**About You:**
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused team player.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in a professional work environment, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Understanding of the recruiting life cycle with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.

**Compensation:**
- Base compensation range: $43,300 - $80,300 (Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY).
- Base compensation range for other locations: $45,500 - $84,500.
- Role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
