**About The Role**
PSI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of discovering and hiring exceptional talent across all departments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and execution of recruitment strategies to find outstanding candidates for critical roles. Success will involve building relationships with stakeholders, sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality candidates to meet our hiring needs. It will also require building and maintaining strong talent pools to create a solid foundation for future growth.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A genuine interest in PSI, demonstrated by a connection to our mission and marketplace.
- Skilled in executing an end-to-end recruitment process in either an in-house or agency setting.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers to meet high standards.
- Proficiency in using ATS and sourcing platforms, with a strong ability to source candidates through various channels.

- Work with multiple stakeholders, building high-quality partnerships.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates across various platforms and channels.

- Leverage the latest recruitment concepts to maintain high candidate satisfaction and experience.
