**Job Title: Internal Coach (Talent Enablement)**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an Internal Coach to join our Talent Enablement team. This role will involve working closely with the Director of Talent Enablement to implement coaching and development programs that support our growing group of Relayers. You will play a key role in cultivating a culture of growth and development within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Coaching:** Foster the growth and development of Relayers through individual and group coaching sessions.
- **Leadership Development:** Create and deliver programs and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- **Growth & Development:** Identify and address development needs, designing initiatives and workshops that support the overall growth of Relayers.
- **Talent Integration:** Assist in the onboarding process and integration of new team members into Relay.
- **Collaboration:** Partner with business leaders to identify development needs and propose initiatives that promote employee engagement and performance.

**Qualifications:**
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Proficient in understanding and navigating emotions, both in yourself and others, to facilitate growth.
- **Continuous Learner:** Committed to personal and professional growth, always seeking opportunities to improve.
- **Systems Thinking:** Understand organizational dynamics and design initiatives that align individual growth with business objectives.
- **Strong Communication Skills:** Effective facilitator and communicator, fostering safe spaces for learning.
- **Experienced Coach:** Proven experience in developing and delivering leadership and professional development programs, with a recognized coaching certification (ICF preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in coaching and development.
- **Creative Problem-Solver:** Ability to create tailored workshop content and explore innovative solutions.
- **Self-Starter:** Comfortable operating independently and generating ideas to enhance a culture of feedback and continuous learning.
- **Diversity and Inclusion:** Experience coaching a diverse range of individuals, utilizing their unique backgrounds and perspectives to support growth.

**Education and Experience:**
- Advanced degree in psychology, organizational behavior, human development, human resources management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in interpreting psychometric assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, Birkman, Leadership Circle Profile, EQi 2.0).
- Knowledge of adult development principles and leadership development theories.
