**Requirements:**
- You are a Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of various programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby on Rails, etc.
- You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on large-scale projects.
- You have experience hiring engineers for your team.
