**Position Overview:**
TextNow is seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in Agile and Lean methodologies. You will play a vital role within the product organization, coaching teams to optimize Agile processes, overseeing projects across the product roadmap, and enhancing delivery and planning cycles.

**What You’ll Do:**
- Support teams in planning, building, and operating effective cross-functional Agile teams.
- Ensure project transparency and coordination, utilizing Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Roadmaps.
- Mentor teams on best practices, fostering a culture of learning and skill development in an Agile environment.
- Improve release management, resource planning, and delivery, managing cross-team dependencies for Agile and Kanban teams.
- Collaborate with other Technical Project Managers to standardize processes and reporting frameworks, contributing to overall thought leadership.
- Develop and link project plans, epics, and user stories to strategy while managing individual deadlines, risks, and issues.
- Advocate for quality, continuous improvement, and learning to drive the best results.

**Who You Are:**
- A seasoned professional with 3+ years in Program Management or related experience, with a proven record of delivering cross-functional projects.
- A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of understanding complex technological challenges and the software development lifecycle efficiently.
- Passionate about planning and executing cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.
