**Location**
Hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage and track program progress, identifying risks and issues.
- Communicate program status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct regular program reviews, evaluating performance and implementing corrective actions.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in SoC chip design, preferably in a program management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the chip design process from microarchitecture, design, verification, to tape out.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as AMBA, NOC, RISC-V, PCIe/CXL, Ethernet, and others.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
