**Job Title: Technical Writer**

**Position Overview:**
MoD is seeking a Technical Writer to develop onboarding materials and manuals for our client's products and training sessions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create manuals that emphasize safe practices.
- Prepare operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and user guides by researching technical documents and interviewing technical resources.
- Develop and deliver presentations and technical training courses to customers.
- Document changes according to company Quality Management System procedures.
- Design, develop, and facilitate courses in classroom, instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Document operating procedures, troubleshooting strategies, preventive, and corrective maintenance procedures for distributed systems.

**Key Qualifications:**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in preparing technical documentation and delivering technical training.
- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering.
- Experience with complex systems and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuitry.
- Excellent professional writing skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
