**Position Purpose:**
The Territory Manager is responsible for implementing Riverside Natural Foods' strategic sales and marketing plans for the Natural Channel, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Uphold company core values in all interactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail accounts.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Devise and implement sales and business development strategies.
- Monitor market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the sales team.
- Manage promotional planning and product distribution for assigned banners.
- Ensure product placement and display compliance in-store.
- Support in-store promotions and attend trade shows as required.
- Collaborate with the national sales plan and manage product samples.

**Education & Qualifications:**
- Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a field sales role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.

- Proven ability to generate sales independently.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
