**What You'll Be Doing:**
As an Analyst in IT Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for developing and executing test scenarios and scripts for functional system integration and acceptance testing. Your role will involve:

- Translating business requirements into test cases and managing end-to-end testing activities across various projects.
- Utilizing your expertise in software development testing to ensure quality products that meet business and system requirements.
- Providing ongoing feedback, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Identifying potential issues and risks that may impact project timelines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts using testing tools.

**How You'll Succeed:**
- Demonstrate 1-3 years of experience in IT QA, with additional experience in Payments, SQL, and APIs being advantageous.
- Engage with clients to find the right solutions and communicate complex information effectively.
- Champion change and adapt to new tools and trends, driven by collective success and collaboration.
