**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to oversee and enhance our Total Rewards portfolio. This role involves the planning, design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive total rewards programs, including benefits, wellness, recognition, job evaluation, and compensation. Your contributions will ensure the competitiveness and alignment of our offerings with the university’s goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a subject matter expert overseeing employee benefits programs and contract negotiations.
- Manage leave and disability programs, ensuring compliance and positive employee experience.
- Develop and implement communication materials to educate employees on benefits options.
- Design wellness programs that promote employee well-being and recognition initiatives to celebrate achievements.
- Administer the compensation lifecycle, including job evaluations and market analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs through data tracking and budget management.
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to align total rewards strategy with organizational values.
**Qualifications:**
- Significant experience in benefits administration, including wellness, recognition, and compensation.
- Proven track record in project coordination and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and salary benchmarking.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fostering people and culture.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
