**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a bilingual Learning & Development Specialist to join our Private Client Group (PCG) team. The Learning & Development Specialist will enhance employee competencies by designing and conducting training programs that improve workplace performance in alignment with our core values.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with PCG teams to identify training requirements and needs.
- Develop, create, and deploy various types of learning materials.
- Write and produce standardized business process user manuals (job aids).
- Assist with content layout, editing, and organization as necessary.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather participant feedback.
- Design assessments to verify learner knowledge and summarize reporting.
- Deliver training courses and “ad hoc” training for new recruits.
- Periodically evaluate programs to ensure they are updated and relevant.
- Stay updated on new trends and tools in employee development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the financial services or brokerage industry is required.
- Fully proficient in French (written and oral).
- Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
- Proven ability to manage the full training cycle with multiple delivery methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning initiatives and training tools.
- Excellent proficiency in business process concepts and e-learning software (e.g., Articulate Storyline).
- Experience utilizing a learning management system (LMS).
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Post-secondary education in learning principles or certification in adult continuing education is an asset.

**Salary Range:**
$60,000 - $75,000 (based on education, work experience, etc.) plus competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
