**The Opportunity:**
We're looking for a Transfers Administrator to join our Transfers team until Dec 31, 2025. Reporting to the Supervisor, Transfers, the Transfers Administrator is responsible for daily processing of transfers, reviews and approvals, and dealing with escalated items. The successful candidate will be collaborative, determined to acquire knowledge and experience, and possess the enthusiasm to work in a dynamic environment.

**What Your Day Looks Like:**
- Process transfer in requests according to service level agreements.
- Monitor the transfers mailbox and manage incoming correspondence.
- Initiate new manual or ATON transfers in and out.
- Track the status of initiated transfers and follow up as necessary.
- Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions.
- File completed transfer documents and manage document disposal.
- Review and respond to transfer inquiries.
- Assist and cover for colleagues in the Transfers Department as needed.
- Handle special projects or other assignments as requested.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in back office administration in a financial securities firm.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet important deadlines.
- Strong team player with a desire to become a subject matter expert in your field.
- Experience with Dataphile is an asset.
- Fluent in verbal and written English; bilingual skills in French are a plus.

**Salary:** Expected salary range of $43,000 - $53,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages will vary based on candidate qualifications and position requirements.
