**Job Summary:**
Join our dynamic Treasury team at Central 1 as the Treasury Advisor. In this role, you will drive client success by managing relationships, fostering growth, and uncovering new possibilities in the realm of treasury products. Your responsibilities will include navigating asset/liability management, interest rate risk, investments, liquidity, and foreign exchange, while ensuring collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

**What you'll be doing:**
- Provide courteous service to members, striving to increase satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor for credit unions/clients regarding treasury and funding services.
- Promote and expand the penetration of Central 1’s services.
- Establish strong client relationships through meetings.
- Develop and provide ongoing staff training for various products and services.
- Identify new business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Address client issues promptly.
- Lead and coordinate with internal business partners to deliver integrated treasury solutions.
- Provide market competitive intelligence to management.
- Partner with other Central 1 Relationship Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist managers with product structures and offerings.
- Provide backup support for Contract Management and maintain records in CRM (Salesforce).
- Stay informed on market conditions to guide clients effectively.
- Ensure accuracy in daily ticket input and report preparation.
- Identify process improvements and ensure documentation is current.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**What you'll have:**
- A university education in business or economics is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven sales success history.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and products (5-7 years of experience in a Treasury environment).
- Exposure to treasury operations is a plus; trading experience is also beneficial.
- Experience using Tableau.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

**Salary Range:** $72,000 - $84,600. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
