**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop full stack VBA software and workflow automation for Visio railway architecture diagrams.
- Create backend VBA functions for data import/export to Visio diagrams.
- Programmatically generate, configure, and manage viewpoints for architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application features and characteristics.
- Develop plugins for Visio diagrams for integration into corporate applications such as Power BI.
- Facilitate web-based access to architecture diagrams using MS API.
- Integrate and configure Project Management Information System tools including Primavera Unifier, P6, EcoSys, and Oracle EBS.
- Provide daily end-user support, logging and resolving bugs and errors.
- Conduct business analysis and facilitate documentation of design decisions.
- Develop project deliverables such as business requirements, functional design documents, and proposed data models.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient technical solutions meet functional business needs.
- Perform product testing to maintain quality and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Manage integration solutions tailored to business user requirements.
- Support and monitor assigned applications and interfaces.
- Apply standard Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to develop applications in response to business requirements.
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts on integration efforts to other systems.
- Prepare technical documentation for development items and support analysis, development, and testing for enterprise solutions.
- Review software programs to understand their impact on business functions.
- Follow Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes for troubleshooting and implementing fixes, patches, or upgrades.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in PMIS Application, Configuration or Development.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and Business System Development, supporting EPC projects.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in VBA software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Software Engineering, Business Analyst, or equivalent.
- Recognized Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with software for data query management and filtering in Visio.
- Ability to perform statistical analyses in VBA.
- Effective presentation skills for explaining program functionality.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent system implementation projects.
- Knowledgeable in Project Costing, Scheduling, Earned Value Metrics, and Construction Administration.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency in Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and EcoSys.
- Understanding of programming languages like DotNet, SQL, Java, Python, and related technologies.
- Proven capability in leading and mentoring a technical team.
