**Role Overview:**
As the Vice President of Computational Biology, you will drive the strategy to integrate data from our genome-scale -omics platforms with patient-derived genetics, utilizing advanced analytics to identify and validate new biological and chemical hypotheses in drug development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set strategic direction on technological and analytical advancements in computational biology.
- Mentor and lead teams to develop technologies that support multiple drug programs.
- Collaborate with research teams to evaluate and implement new technologies for scaled production.
- Develop strategies for linking diseases and patient data to -omics phenotypes, focusing on precision medicine.
- Contribute to strategies for collecting genetic and biomarker data in clinical trials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to advance therapeutic programs to the clinic.
- Guide computational biology and data science teams to industrialize drug discovery processes.
- Recruit and manage high-performing teams in therapeutic areas, including oncology and neuroscience.

**Experience Required:**
- 7+ years in computational biology, with a focus on drug discovery and development.
- Experience in oncology is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
- Expertise in high-throughput functional genomics and patient data integration.
- Experience in developing precision medicine solutions using multi-omics data.
- Strong leadership skills in a diverse, inclusive, matrixed environment.
- Curiosity and ability to excel in collaborative settings.

**Compensation:**
Estimated annual base salary ranges are as follows:
- Developing: $351,000 CAD
- Skilled: $390,000 CAD
- Expert: $429,000 CAD
Additionally, you will be eligible for bonuses and equity compensation, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
