**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for a **Vice President, Partnerships & Business Development, Direct Investing** to join our Direct Investing team. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Direct Investing, the Vice President will focus on generating and supporting sales within our distribution networks. Success is measured by delivering strong sales results, building relationships, acting as a sales coach, and having a passion for reaching new heights. This role enhances existing partner relationships and seeks new prospects to build the business, leading our national Direct Investing sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the National Sales team of business development specialists, overseeing sales strategy development and implementation.
- Drive new institutional prospects to grow the National Accounts channel.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing support.
- Establish and build relationships with senior leadership of Aviso's largest partner financial institutions.
- Identify partner concerns and manage issue resolutions.
- Recruit, train, and coach the Direct Investing Sales Team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the B2B space.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the sales leadership and wealth management sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales management and coaching principles.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to manage complex issues.
- Deep knowledge of wealth management, online brokerage, and robo-advice businesses.
- Extensive relationships within the Canadian investment and wealth management industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

**Salary**:
This position offers an expected salary range of **$195,000 - $210,000 CAD** annually, with individual compensation packages based on unique candidate factors.
