- Reconnect and follow up with customers to gather feedback and promote additional products.
- Collaborate with the store team to create awareness of special offers.
- Build enthusiasm for wireless technology and encourage customer referrals.
- Achieve personal sales goals and maintain company merchandising standards.
- Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
- Stay updated through internal communication channels.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when necessary.

**Qualifications:**
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Excellent selling ability and capacity to coach others.
- Strong communication skills across various mediums.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Tech-savvy, curious, approachable, and passionate about problem-solving.
