**About The Role:**
We are looking for a Workday Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join our growing team within the People Analytics function. You will play a key role in delivering metrics from Workday that support Intact’s HR strategy, focused on creating an inspiring workplace.

**Responsibilities:**
- Participate in the development and enhancement of Workday reporting with a focus on developing an organization-wide reporting strategy.
- Implement and automate HR data analysis, including developing data models, preparing reports, and creating data visualizations.
- Advise and support the HR community and executives by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate tools.
- Define key indicators and prepare dashboards to identify issues and support initiatives.
- Support user training and change management activities.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis, human resources, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or HR analytics.
- Experience building reports in Workday is required.
- Work experience in an HR role is an asset.
- Strong data analysis, verification, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of a data visualization tool is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present operational problems concisely.
- Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders at all management levels.
- Bilingual in English and French is required.
